This is a general template and requires owner/legal review before publication. The actual booking confirmation should state the commercial terms that apply to each journey.
Quotations
A quotation is based on the itinerary and assumptions provided at the time. Changes to passenger numbers, route, stops, timing, vehicle requirements or service duration may require a revised quotation.
Vehicle allocation
Vehicle make, model and amenities are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. A suitable equivalent category may be assigned where permitted by the booking terms.
Customer responsibilities
The customer should provide accurate journey information, keep the group ready at agreed times, follow lawful safety instructions and disclose luggage, accessibility and special requirements before confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, amendment, waiting, overtime, refund and payment rules should be confirmed in the booking-specific terms supplied before payment.
